Bramley & Co Accountants Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZA000000. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We process your data on the basis of performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry), and consent where you have opted in to marketing.
We retain client records for at least six years after the end of our engagement, in line with HMRC and professional body requirements. Enquiry data that does not become a client relationship is held for up to twelve months.
We do not sell your data. We may share it with HMRC and Companies House where legally required, our cloud software providers, and our professional body or insurer where required. All processors are bound by appropriate data protection terms.
